Max Ambrose

Max began his legal career in 2018 by founding a practice dedicated to guiding small businesses in emerging technology industries and assisting firms with a wide range of litigation and trial work. He joined Taylor-Copeland Law in 2020 in order to provide high quality representation and access to justice for individuals and small businesses.
Max received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law where he graduated cum laude, served as the senior articles editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, served as the Treasurer for the Gonzaga Public Interest Law Project, and participated in a semester-long international human rights program in Florence, Italy. During his time at law school, Max interned at the Spokane City Attorney’s Office, Metsch & Mason, LLP in San Diego, CA, and Gonzaga University’s Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal representation to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians.
Prior to his legal career, Max received his B.A. from the University of Arizona where he studied Political Science and Economics. During his time at University of Arizona, he held intern and fellowship positions on two successful Congressional campaigns.
Max focuses on counseling emerging technology startups, cryptocurrency and blockchain litigation, consumer protection litigation, and personal injury litigation.
